Accelerate Personnel has been designed to meet the demands of the higher education sector. It addresses all areas of recruitment and manages every aspect of a university’s staff data; whether it’s training, recruitment, staff appraisals or the development of HESA data extracts.

It links seamlessly with the student management information system to promote collaboration and remove the need to transfer files between systems. It maintains staff details and provides a snapshot of staff data through the HESA process as well as monitoring the effectiveness of advertising and training courses.
